What are the terms and conditions for refund?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:

1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged product.(Few scratches not included)
3. No return/exchange if size does not fit (So carefully measure size before you order product)
4. You received any other kada size that you did not ordered
5. We will provide Exchange if you got different size that you ordered.

You can claim for refund within 48 hours after you received your product by contacting us via email.

who bears the delivery charges of the items returned?

• If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the delivery charges.
• Products damaged by mishandling by the customer shall not be returned.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.

The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.

The refund time may vary from bank to bank.

You can cancel the order if You placed a wrong order and your order has not been shipped, or has not reached the processing stage.
